Please make sure you enter the "Zip Code" of the billing address (if different from shipping
address).
Generally orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days,
check
under "Status" to see if your order has shipped.
At times the tracking number or
delivery confirmation number will not work, if this happens wait 1 day and check
again as USPS or UPS might have to update their system.
***International customers (OUTSIDE U.S.) read this*** Any order valued under
$100 will ship via USPS International 1st Class and will not be trackable
as tracking numbers are not assigned for this method however we will still
provide a customs numbers of the package for your reference. Orders
valued
over $100 will generally ship via USPS International Priority or USPS
Express and will have either a delivery confirmation number or tracking number.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order as packages can be delayed
in customs.
***PLEASE READ*** If under "Status" it says "Pending Warehouse" then your order is in our
warehouse and being processed for shipment and should ship in the next 1-3
business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count as business
