I Want To Return
An Item I No Longer Want?
We want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not
completely satisfied please send back your order or any part of your order
within
(7) seven days of receiving the order for a full refund of the purchase price of
the item/s (shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake in which
case read below). Item must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving
order otherwise we WILL NOT accept it as a return. Here's an example to
which go by: You received your order on October 10th, you must then have it
back to us postmarked no later than October 17th, if postmarked October 18th
we will not accept return and you will have to pay return shipping to have
item sent back to you. Please include the original
invoice/packing slip that was included with order (not including packing
slip
could cause a delay).
All returns must be in the same condition they were sent in. This means
unopened and un-played with. We do not accept
returns on opened items, under any circumstance, sorry.
Zhu Zhu Pets items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Condition of returned
Items?
Sorry we do not take back opened items under any
circumstance. These are toys and children will play with them and they will
break. We only take back items that are UN-OPENED and UN-PLAYED with. Please
also ensure that you pack the item/s carefully as if we get back item/s that
is/are damaged because of poor packing we'll deduct up to 50% off the
refund.
Comic-Con Exclusives, Other Show Exclusives?
We pre-sell many of the San Diego Comic-Con show
exclusives and at times other Toy/Comic show exclusives. These items are
considered non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. These are
considered final sale items. We have to put in many man hours (standing in
ridiculously long lines at times, hours upon hours to get certain items).
Some items we have to "win" a raffle ticket to secure the item so this is a
difficult long process and we have to put in hours of time. Because we've
already done the work up front there is no way we can accept these items
back as returns. Any of these items sent back will be either refused by us
or you'll have to pay cost of returning item to you. Thank you for your
understanding.
You Sent Me The
Wrong Item?
In the event that we
made a mistake and accidentally sent you the wrong item we'll have UPS come
and pick up the package from you and have them ship it back to us (at no
cost to you). Please make sure that product being returned is taped sealed
inside box we shipped you (please include packing slip in box). If your not
home during the day please provide us a address where UPS can pick up, if
your work is more convenient then let us know and we'll gladly have UPS pick
up at your work. You may also (at your choosing) send back package to us via
the post office USPS Priority Mail (if you choose to do this please notify
us before we call and have UPS come and pick up package from you). When we
receive package from post office we will refund the shipping cost indicated
on the package. If we are shipping correct item/s back to you and not
refunding item/s, we will gladly cover the cost of shipping correct item/s
to you.
How Long Will It
Take To Get Credit Back To Card?
Refunds are issued within 24-72 hours (generally) after receiving package.
It can take your credit card company or bank a few days to process
this refund back into your account. We have no control over this so please
contact your credit card company if you have a question regarding this
issue. During the busy holiday season (generally beginning middle of
November) it can take up to 7 days to issue a refund.
2009 Holiday Return Policy
Zhu Zhu Pets items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We will not accept returns or exchanges on Zhu Zhu Pets merchandise orders
placed between November 15th 2009 through December 24th 2009. Any order
placed for Zhu Zhu Pets merchandise between these dates is non-returnable,
non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstance and is considered
a "Final Sale". Once you have made the order we
also can not cancel the order. If you change your mind you will have to keep
it/them or sell the it/them yourself. Please also be aware that we do not
accept returns on open items. This means that if you "claim" the item is
"not working" properly etc this is something you will have to take up with
the manufacturer of Zhu Zhu Pets. Their contact phone number is listed on
the back or bottom of any Zhu Zhu toy package and this is something you will
have to contact them directly about not us. Please be certain you understand
this policy before you place an order for any Zhu Zhu Pets merchandise as
again we will not under any circumstance exchange or refund Zhu Zhu Pets
merchandise. We
apologize if this all sounds harsh but we are doing this to protect
ourselves and to be able to provide as much inventory possible for the
customers who really want these items in time for the holidays. This same
policy also applies to any merchandise from our "Bakugan" toy section.
