We ship worldwide! During checkout please select your country. If
your country is not listed in the drop down menu of countries then we
currently do not ship to your country.
How Long Will It Take To Get To
Me?
Please note that shipping times
are not guaranteed and are more or less a guideline of when you should
expect to receive your package. Packages can and do get delayed in customs
so please be patient for your package to arrive. On average it should take
about 2-3 weeks to arrive (about 10-15 business days) however package can
and do arrive sooner than this at times.
Canada
residents please choose "International 5 to 15 Day (Canada) as your
shipping method during checkout. International residents (worldwide,
outside U.S. and Canada) please choose "International 5 to 15 Day
(Worldwide) as your shipping method during checkout. You can see the actual
shipping charge before you click "Send Order".
Will I Get A
Tracking Number?
Any order with a total value
of under $100 will likely ship via USPS 1st Class Airmail and should
arrive within 5 to 15 business days, about 2-3 weeks total (this method
does not have tracking or insurance so therefore you will not be able to
track or insure package). Order over $100 will either ship via USPS
Airmail Priority or USPS Express and should arrive within 5-15 business
days, about 2-3 weeks total (these methods do have either delivery
confirmation or tracking and insurance). Packages shipped Priority or
Express will receive either delivery confirmation or tracking numbers via
email when the order has shipped.
Additional Shipping Charges For
The Following Items
PLEASE NOTE HIGHER SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER FOR
FOLLOWING ITEMS: The following items may incur a higher shipping charge
than that shown in your order, 10"-18" figures, action figure sets, box
sets, playsets, lightsabers, role play items, vehicles, or any action
figures that are made with thick heavy plastic, increasing the weight of the
box significantly or making it so we have to pack your order in multiple
boxes. Our shopping cart calculates shipping charges based on dollar amount
and not actual weight therefore in these instances we'll adjust the shipping
charge (AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER) to your order to accommodate box
size restrictions imposed by your countries postal rules and regulations
(when we have to pack your order in multiple boxes) or for where we have
undercharged significantly for shipping charges (package is heavy and we've
undercharged shipping significantly). In said event we will notify you and
charge your credit card the actual cost amount of shipping + $5 handling
fee.
Credit Card Security
We reserve the right to cancel
orders we deem to be high risk or who's credit card information does not
match the card holders address and personal information.
Customs Information And
Taxes/Duties
We do not charge tax on any International order placed however your country
may charge you a customs duty or tax on incoming goods. Please check with
your local post office if you have any questions regarding this. Customs
form will be labeled as "Merchandise" and the declared value will be the
total of order (before shipping charges).
Canada And
International Shipping And Handling Rates Charts Information
Please be aware because of the way we've set up our shipping rates for
International customers, some orders will have been charged more than actual
shipping cost of the order however any overage is considered a handling fee.
If don't agree with this policy we respectfully ask you don't place an
order.
